April 2014 – Our Sandy damage survey is reported as a feature story in Princeton Alumni Weekly by Anna Azvolinsky, who interviewed us on site (Ortley Beach, NJ).
Dec. 2012 – We teamed up with University of Notre Dame and spent our Thanksgiving week on the NJ shore to survey structural damage from Hurricane Sandy. Thanks to the participates, including Ning Lin, Emmi Yonekura, Margaret Owensby, Luca Nagy, and Jonathan Glassman from Princeton.

July 2012 – Dr. Ning Lin returns to Princeton to start her tenure-track assistant professorship. She joins Princeton from MIT, where she was a NOAA Climate & Global Change Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences from 2010-2012. She received PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University in 2010.
